So how does delivery work for this?

We offer next day delivery 7 days a week for all orders placed before 1:00pm EST. On checkout, you will need to provide the name, address, phone number and any special notes or requirements to get the Levant box delivered. If this is an urgent delivery, please send us an email at info@levantroses.com or call us at 613-710-7071 and we will make special arrangements!

What happens if the recipient is not there to receive the box?

If delivery fails, there will be an additional charge for re-delivery attempt. We will email you to reschedule delivery. To avoid this situation, we require a phone number on checkout which we will call prior, to ensure this is a good time to attempt delivery.

What locations qualify?

We are currently delivering all over Ottawa/Gatineau, including Downtown, St. Laurent, Kanata, Manotick, South Keys, Gloucester, Orleans, Barhaven, Nepean, Rockville and Stittsville.

What are the delivery fees?

Fees for deliveries in the zones above are $11. If you would like the box delivered to an area not included in the list above, feel free to shoot us an email at info@levantroses.com for a quote.

Can I order a customized arrangement? 

How long will my flowers last?

There will be a special care instruction card included with every delivery. Please follow the care instructions to keep your flowers fresh for as long as possible. If the instructions are followed, and the flowers are taken good care of, the flowers may last 7 to 10 days.

What are infinity roses?

They are roses that last for over a year. These preserved flowers are 100% natural products that have undergone a preservation process to maintain their beauty and freshness with no need for water or sunlight. With every order comes an instruction note on how to maintain them.

Can I return or exchange my arrangement?

We do not offer returns or exchanges for most cases. Please check out our returns policy page.
