We do not accept returns. Why?

All works of floral art are made for order and enclosed in a hand-crafted, personalized box. We pack them meticulously in speciality outer boxes which are designed to withstand transit and delivery process.

As a result, we do not offer refund or exchanges of our arrangements.  

However, if the arrangement is damaged, or if there are any issues with your order, please contact us on phone 613-710-7071 or by email to info@levantroses.com. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we will make special cases for refunds/exchanges if we deem it a quality issue.
